Our Farm
The Growing Process
Substrate Preparation
We prepare our growing substrate from agricultural waste like wheat straw and sawdust, sterilized to perfection. This creates the ideal nutrient base for mushroom mycelium.
Sterile Inoculation
In our laminar flow sterile room, we introduce mushroom spawn into the prepared substrate. Contamination-free inoculation is critical for quality.
Incubation Phase
Bags are placed in temperature-controlled incubation rooms where mycelium colonizes the substrate over 2–3 weeks. Darkness and precise temperature are maintained.
Fruiting & Growth
Once colonized, bags move to our fruiting chambers with controlled humidity (85–95%), CO₂ levels, and fresh air exchange. Mushrooms emerge within days.
Harvest
Each mushroom is hand-harvested at peak maturity by our skilled team. The timing of harvest determines flavor and shelf life — we never rush it.
Packaging & Dispatch
Harvested mushrooms are cooled, inspected, and packaged within hours. Same-day dispatch ensures Mumbai customers receive mushrooms at peak freshness.
